1.2. The Prize Draw offers six professional development and organisational improvement prizes, with a combined stated value of £9,500.

1.3. Entry is free. No purchase, payment or consent to marketing communications is required.

1.4. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.5. The Prize Draw is independently organised by RODi HR Ltd and is not sponsored, administered or endorsed by The Business Show or its organisers.

2. Promotional Period

2.1. The Prize Draw opens at 10:00 am GMT on Wednesday 11 November 2026.

2.2. The Prize Draw closes at 5:00 pm GMT on Thursday 12 November 2026.

2.3. Eligible participants must successfully submit their Organisational Performance Scorecard within this period.

2.4. Entries received after 5:00 pm GMT on 12 November 2026 will not be included, even if the assessment remains accessible online.

2.5. Submission times recorded by the assessment platform will be used to determine whether an entry was received before the deadline.

3. Eligibility

3.1. Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over who meet all the following conditions:

  • They represent a business or organisation with a genuine operating presence in the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
  • The organisation has 20 or more employees.
  • They occupy a qualifying senior leadership role, as specified in the Organisational Performance Scorecard.
  • They complete and successfully submit the assessment within the promotional period.

3.2. Eligibility is based on the location of the organisation represented, not the individual's country of residence.

3.3. An organisation headquartered outside the UK may qualify where the participant represents its genuine UK-based business operation.

3.4. An organisation operating exclusively outside the UK does not qualify.

3.5. Qualifying senior leadership roles are determined by the participant's selection in the assessment's predefined Role Category question, rather than their free-text job title.

3.6. The eligible role categories are [INSERT THE EXACT QUALIFYING ROLE LABELS FROM THE LIVE TALLY FORM BEFORE PUBLICATION].

3.7. Employees and directors of RODi HR Ltd, people directly involved in administering the Prize Draw, and their immediate family members are excluded.

3.8. The Promoter may request reasonable evidence that a selected winner met the eligibility conditions at the time of entry.

3.9. Entries based on materially inaccurate or misleading eligibility information may be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, participants must complete and submit the online Organisational Performance Scorecard provided by Evolution Consulting during the promotional period.

4.2. The assessment asks for relevant business contact information, organisation size, role category and responses to questions concerning organisational performance.

4.3. Participants who meet the eligibility criteria are entered automatically following successful submission. No separate competition entry form or further action is required.

4.4. Only one Prize Draw entry per individual is permitted.

4.5. Multiple submissions or use of different email addresses do not provide additional entries or increase the chance of winning.

4.6. Participation in the Prize Draw does not depend on an individual's assessment score.

4.7. Marketing consent and requests for follow-up discussions are entirely optional and do not affect eligibility or the likelihood of winning.

4.8. Individuals who do not meet the Prize Draw eligibility criteria may still complete the assessment and receive their personalised assessment results.

5. The Prizes

There are six prizes for six separate winners, with a combined stated value of £9,500.

5.1. First Prize — 3 Job Family Role Dimensions Framework Design

One winner | Prize value: £5,000

The winning organisation will receive a bespoke Role Dimensions Framework designed specifically for its business and covering three agreed job families, including the individual roles within each family.

The framework typically comprises approximately 14–16 role dimensions across four areas:

  • Knowledge & Skills
  • Personal Capabilities
  • Management & Leadership
  • Organisational Capabilities

The framework is cumulative and articulates the expectations associated with relevant role dimensions for each role within the selected job families.

For example, where Problem Solving is a relevant dimension, the framework will explain how expectations differ between roles in a job family.

Delivery

The engagement comprises four facilitated online working sessions of two hours for each of the three job families, together with framework development, coordination and final delivery.

This represents 12 online working sessions across the three job families.

The completed framework will be supplied digitally, typically in Excel format.

Required participants

For each job family, the winning organisation must make available:

  • The Head of Function, who understands the function's objectives, responsibilities and requirements.
  • A senior or experienced employee close to frontline operations, who understands how the individual roles are performed in practice.

Different representatives may participate for different job families.

In smaller businesses, Managing Director participation is strongly recommended, particularly during the first working session, to help ensure the framework reflects the appropriate organisational expectations.

Scope limitations

The prize covers three agreed job families and the roles within them. Additional job families, individual capability assessments, implementation support and other work beyond the agreed framework design are not included.

5.2. Second Prize — Leadership Capability Review

Two winners | Prize value: £1,500 per winner

Each winning organisation will receive one bespoke Leadership Capability Review comprising three facilitated online sessions of 90 minutes each.

Session 1 — Management and Leadership Levels

Clarify the purpose, contribution and responsibilities of each management and leadership level within the organisation. Consider whether the current structure contains the appropriate number and types of management layers.

Session 2 — Leadership Capability Requirements

Identify and articulate the leadership skills and capabilities required to succeed at each level, recognising how expectations change as responsibilities increase.

Session 3 — Finalisation and Application

Complete outstanding framework elements and discuss how the organisation can apply the framework to leadership effectiveness, recruitment, performance management, development and succession planning.

Recommended participants

For maximum value, the winning organisation should nominate approximately two to four appropriate representatives, ideally including a senior business decision-maker and the senior HR or People leader, where applicable.

Deliverable

Each winning organisation will receive a documented Leadership Capability Framework describing the purpose of the agreed management and leadership levels and the capabilities required for success at those levels.

Scope limitations

The prize does not include individual leadership assessments, assessment questionnaire design or administration, individual feedback reports, or ongoing implementation and development support.

5.3. Third Prize — 90-Minute Strategy Session with Irial O'Farrell

Three winners | Prize value: £500 per winner

Each winner will receive one complimentary 90-minute online Strategy Session with Irial O'Farrell.

The session will provide an opportunity for a senior business leader to explore a specific strategic, leadership or organisational performance challenge affecting their business.

The discussion will focus on understanding the challenge, examining relevant underlying issues, exploring possible approaches and identifying practical next steps.

Recommended participants

The session is intended primarily for a senior business decision-maker, such as a Managing Director, CEO, COO or equivalent leader.

One additional senior colleague may participate where this would be helpful.

Scope limitations

The prize comprises one facilitated 90-minute online session. A formal written report, additional consultancy sessions and implementation support are not included.

5.4. Prize Values

The total prize pool is calculated as follows:

5.5.3. Prizes may not be sold, exchanged or transferred to another organisation without the Promoter's written agreement.

5.5.5. No purchase of further services is required to receive a prize.

5.5.6. Additional services outside the stated scope may be discussed separately but are entirely optional.

6. Winner Selection

6.1. The draw will take place on Wednesday 18 November 2026.

6.2. Following the closing date, the Promoter will compile a register of eligible entries and exclude duplicate or invalid entries.

6.3. Six separate winners will be selected through a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person.

6.4. The Promoter will retain appropriate evidence of the random selection process.

6.5. Prizes will be allocated in the following order:

  • One first-prize winner.
  • Two second-prize winners.
  • Three third-prize winners.

6.6. An individual selected for a prize will be removed from the pool before subsequent prizes are drawn, ensuring six different winners.

6.7. Each remaining valid entry will have an equal chance of selection at the relevant stage of the draw.

6.8. Assessment scores, business development potential, marketing consent and follow-up requests will not influence winner selection.

7. Winner Notification and Claiming Prizes

7.1. Winners will be notified by email using the address supplied when completing the assessment.

7.2. The Promoter will aim to notify all winners within five working days of the draw date.

7.3. The notification will identify the prize awarded and explain how to claim it.

7.4. Winners must respond and claim their prize within 14 calendar days of the original notification.

7.5. The Promoter may make reasonable further attempts to contact an unresponsive winner during this period.

7.6. If a winner declines a prize, fails to respond after reasonable contact attempts or is found to be ineligible, a replacement winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7.7. Replacement winners will receive the same type of prize and a new 14-day claim period.

8. Prize Delivery and Redemption

8.1. All prizes will be delivered exclusively online, using video-conferencing and suitable digital collaboration tools.

8.2. Winners must claim their prizes within 14 calendar days of notification.

8.3. Prize engagements must be scheduled and completed within six months of the original winner notification, unless an extension is agreed in writing by RODi HR Ltd.

8.4. The Promoter and each winner will agree reasonable dates and practical arrangements for delivery.

8.5. Winning organisations must provide appropriate participants, relevant organisational information and reasonable cooperation to enable the services to be delivered effectively.

8.6. The Promoter may send reasonable administrative reminders where a winner has not yet arranged or redeemed their prize.

8.7. These reminders will relate to prize fulfilment and will not require the winner to subscribe to marketing communications.

8.8. Where a winner does not take reasonable steps to arrange or complete the engagement within the six-month period, despite being given reasonable opportunities to do so, the prize may expire unless an extension is agreed in writing.

8.9. If delays are caused by the Promoter, reasonable alternative arrangements or an extension will be offered so that the winner is not unfairly disadvantaged.

9. Winner Publicity

9.1. To demonstrate that the prizes have been awarded, the Promoter may publish or make available limited winner information in accordance with applicable prize-promotion requirements.

9.2. Such information may include the winner's surname, county or region, and prize awarded, where appropriate and lawful.

9.3. Winners may object to the publication of identifying information or request that the amount published be reduced by contacting info@rodihr.com.

9.4. Where a winner raises such an objection, the Promoter will consider it in accordance with applicable requirements, although information may still need to be provided to a relevant regulator to demonstrate that a valid award took place.

9.5. Winners are not required to provide testimonials, participate in case studies, appear in photographs or endorse the Promoter as a condition of receiving their prize.

9.6. Any additional publicity or case-study involvement will be subject to separate agreement.

10.3. Participation in the Prize Draw does not constitute consent to marketing.

10.4. Any marketing consent or request for an assessment follow-up discussion is collected separately and is optional.

11.2. The Promoter may exclude entries involving fraud, duplication, materially inaccurate information or serious breaches of these Terms and Conditions.

11.3. Declining marketing communications or follow-up contact will not be a reason for disqualification.

11.4. If technical or other circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control affect the Draw, the Promoter will seek to resolve the issue fairly and minimise any disadvantage to valid participants.

11.5. The Promoter will not make material changes to the Prize Draw after it opens unless genuinely necessary and lawful, and will take reasonable steps to protect the interests of participants who have already entered.

13.2. Subject to any mandatory legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes arising in connection with the Prize Draw shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
